INGREDIENTS:

-2 lbs  of our Extra Large 31/40 Count Peeled & Deveined Tail-Off Gulf Shrimp

-1 tbsp Biloxi Shrimp Co. Herb & Spice

-1 tbsp Slap Ya Mama 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Toss around and place on skewers 

2. Grill on hot coals until shrimp are cooked through 

*Optional: squeeze lemon on top

 

CHIMI: 

INGREDIENTS:

-3/4 cup olive oil 

-1/4 cup lemon juice 

-1/8 cup lime juice 

-1 cup chopped parsley 

-1/2 cup diced red onion 

-1 tsp salt 

-1/4 tsp ground oregano 

-2 tbsp chopped cilantro

-2 tbsp grated garlic 

*Optional: cayenne to spice it up 

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add all ingredients together in a bowl, allow to sit 

2. Mix before you top the shrimp and Enjoy!
