Remember, you are getting your wild-caught Gulf of Mexico shrimp straight from the source!  Our website inventories are accurate and instantly updated after our current days production. Products shown in our store are available for immediate shipment.  When checking out, simply select your desired day of delivery on the shipping calendar and complete your order - we’ll handle the rest.

  • Orders placed BEFORE Noon Monday-Thursday CST will be received in two to three business days!
  • To receive your order by Friday of the current week place your order BEFORE Thursday, Noon CST.
  • Orders placed AFTER Thursday, Noon CST will deliver the following week as we do not ship our products over the weekend.

When will my order arrive? We ship for overnight delivery if your order is placed Monday through Thursday by noon. Orders received after 12 noon CST on Thursday through Monday at 12 noon CST will ship Mondays to arrive Tuesdays. See the chart below

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free if you order 10 or more pounds in one order. Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 if you order 6-8 pounds. If you order less than 6 pounds, delivery costs are based on our actual shipper rates shown in your cart at checkout.  On the day your order ships, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number. This email will also indicate which carrier is delivering the package.

Do you deliver to Hawaii and Alaska?

Yes, we deliver to the continental United States along with Alaska* and Hawaii.

*Alaska currently has a limitation on how much dry ice can be incorporated into packages. To ensure the quality of our shrimp, we double layer our packages for long travel times. The amount of dry ice we use exceeds the regulations.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not deliver outside of the United States of America.

What we need from you:

Biloxi Shrimp Co. makes every attempt to fulfill orders based on customer requested ship date; however, holidays and unforeseen circumstances can force exceptions to delivery. Below are important shipping notes to keep in mind when placing your order.

  • All shipments require a street address (No P.O. Box addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience).
  • Spoilage/damage/missing deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids satisfaction guarantee.  Biloxi Shrimp Co. is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Be sure to double-check addresses. 
  • Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed.
  • Biloxi Shrimp Co is not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
  • Be sure to double check gift recipient addresses.  Billing customer is responsible to make sure gift recipient is available for delivery.


If you have special delivery instructions for the UPS driver, we advise that you communicate to UPS directly to provide those special instructions after you receive your tracking number. We do not have a way to transfer comments provided in your order to the UPS driver.

 How will my order be packed?

To ensure that your product arrives at its destination in wholesome condition, we pack your order in our reusable shipping container and enough dry ice to ensure safe delivery.  All wild-caught USA shrimp are 2lb Individual Quick-Frozen bags that are heat sealed for freshness. The shrimp are packaged in an attractive gift box and nestled in a 100% recycled corrugated for an additional layer of protection.




Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
