• 5 lbs. of our Super Colossal U/12 Peeled & Deveined Tail-On
  • 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 lb. of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 bottle of Abita Amber beer
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Toss shrimp in a bowl with half the Cajun seasoning
  2. Heat large skillet on high heat with olive oil
  3. Add garlic, rosemary & slightly brown garlic
  4. Add shrimp and stir
  5. Add in worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice & then beer to deglaze the pan
  6. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes or until done & remove
  7. Add remaining seasoning, salt, & pepper
  8. Reduce liquid on medium-high heat and add butter 1 tbsp at a time until sauce is thickened
  9. Season to taste
  10. Enjoy!
