INGREDIENTS:
- 5 lbs. of our Super Colossal U/12 Peeled & Deveined Tail-On
- 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 lb. of unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1 bottle of Abita Amber beer
- Hot sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
- Toss shrimp in a bowl with half the Cajun seasoning
- Heat large skillet on high heat with olive oil
- Add garlic, rosemary & slightly brown garlic
- Add shrimp and stir
- Add in worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice & then beer to deglaze the pan
- Cook shrimp for 2 minutes or until done & remove
- Add remaining seasoning, salt, & pepper
- Reduce liquid on medium-high heat and add butter 1 tbsp at a time until sauce is thickened
- Season to taste
