"I love shrimp and I love pizza, it seems only natural I would marry the two! Weirdly enough, I am not the type of person who likes chunks of meat on my pizza.  You see all those fancy pineapple chicken, chicken alfredo pizzas, I don't go for those.  So for me to put some shrimp on pizza, it really is out of my comfort zone.  I think the flavors combined make it a really lovely pizza! INGREDIENTS:

-1 pizza crust (about 12 inches) 
-Boiled Biloxi Shrimp
-1 tbsp butter
-6 large button mushrooms sliced thin
-Thinly sliced pancetta (a few pieces cut into -strips)
-1 tsp Slap Ya Mama cajun seasoning
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 cup heavy whipping cream
-1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

-Handful of arugula (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

-Heat oven to 500
-In a medium skillet, melt butter and add sliced mushrooms
-Cook down mushrooms and add cajun seasoning and garlic powder
-Add shrimp (Cut into desired sizes or keep whole) 
-Add the heavy whipping cream and allow it to boil and thicken up a bit
-Add parmesan cheese
-Pour on top of pizza dough
-Cook for 10 minutes or until done
