INGREDIENTS:

-1 lb. shrimp

-1 tbsp. Slap Ya Mama

-1 tbsp. Chopped Rosemary

-1 tbsp. Chopped Parsley

-Zest of one lemon

-1 tsp. lemon juice

-2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese

-1 stick of melted butter (divided- 1/2 to baste the dough and 1/2 for seasoning mixture)

-3 cloves finely chopped garlic

-Mozzarella Cheese

-Pizza Dough

DIRECTIONS:

-Preheat grill to 500
-Make pizza dough, roll it out and set aside on a pizza pan
-Peel and devein shrimp (if they aren’t already), set aside in a bowl 
-Halve the butter in two small bowls 
-Melt each one 
-In one of the melted butter bowls, place the chopped garlic and baste the dough
-In the other bowl with the melted butter, mix the seasonings and parmesan, and then toss the shrimp around
-Add mozzarella on top of the dough (as much or little as you want) 
-Scatter the shrimp on top 
Make sure you add any seasoning bits that may not have stuck to the shrimp 
-Place in your grill and cook until the shrimp and dough are done! 
-Cut into bite sizes and enjoy
