Grilled Shrimp Flatbread



  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 tbsp. Slap Ya Mama
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Parsley
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 stick of melted butter (divided- 1/2 to baste the dough and 1/2 for seasoning mixture)
  • 3 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pizza Dough


  1. Preheat grill to 500
  2. Make pizza dough, roll it out and set aside on a pizza pan
  3. Peel and devein shrimp (if they aren’t already), set aside in a bowl
  4. Halve the butter in two small bowls
  5. Melt each one
  6. In one of the melted butter bowls, place the chopped garlic and baste the dough
  7. In the other bowl with the melted butter, mix the seasonings and parmesan, and then toss the shrimp around
  8. Add mozzarella on top of the dough (as much or little as you want)
  9. Scatter the shrimp on top - Make sure you add any seasoning bits that may not have stuck to the shrimp
  10. Place in your grill and cook until the shrimp and dough are done!
  11. Cut into bite sizes and enjoy
