 INGREDIENTS:

  • 2lbs. of our Medium 31/40 Peeled & Deveined Tail-Off
  • 1/2 lb. pasta of choice
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. of butter
  • 2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, diced
  • 1/3 cup Vermouth or dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup pasta water, leftover
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, whole
  • Parsley, chopped

COOKING DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package
  2. Batter thawed shrimp with flour & cajun seasoning and fry shrimp while pasta cooks
  3. Heat oil (cover pan about 1-2 inches)
  4. Place battered shrimp into oil; Fry until golden and set aside
  5. Melt butter in large sauce pan
  6. Add sliced tomatoes and simmer
  7. Mix-in green onion, garlic, & cajun seasoning
  8. Add vermouth and pasta water
  9. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top
  10. Add pasta to pan & mix well
  11. Plate & top with shrimp
  12. Enjoy!
