1. In a skillet on medium/medium-high heat add butter 
  2. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft 
  3. Add shrimp and season with the garlic and Biloxi Shrimp Co. Herb & Spice
  4. Cook until shrimp are pink and turn off heat 
  5. Add the cream cheese and mix around until all melted 
  6. Split the french bread down the middle long ways 
  7. Take out just a little bread down the middle 
  8. Scoop mixture and spread on top of the french bread 
  9. In a bowl, add the cheese and mayonnaise 
  10. Mix well 
  11. Spread on top of the shrimp mixture on the bread 
  12. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until french bread is golden and crisp 
  13. Sprinkle with more Biloxi Shrimp Co. Herb & Spice and jalapeños for a little kick!
