 INGREDIENTS (Serves 4):

  • 2lbs. of our Medium 31/40 Peeled & Deveined Tail-On
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. ground thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • Green leaf lettuce
  • 4 pistolette rolls


  1. Boil shrimp for 3 minutes or until pink
  2. Chop cooked shrimp into bite-size pieces
  3. Add all ingredients into bowl, mix well
  4. Place mixture into hollowed out pistolette rolls
  5. Add green lettuce and tomatoes (optional)
  6. Enjoy!
