INGREDIENTS (Serves 4):
- 2lbs. of our Medium 31/40 Peeled & Deveined Tail-On
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. ground thyme
- 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Green leaf lettuce
- 4 pistolette rolls
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
- Boil shrimp for 3 minutes or until pink
- Chop cooked shrimp into bite-size pieces
- Add all ingredients into bowl, mix well
- Place mixture into hollowed out pistolette rolls
- Add green lettuce and tomatoes (optional)
- Enjoy!
