 INGREDIENTS:

  • 2lbs. of our Jumbo 21/30 Peeled & Deveined Tail-On
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, dried
  • 6-10 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of black pepper, ground
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 3/4 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, minced
  • 2 bay leaves

COOKING DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF
  2. Place peeled shrimp in single layer in pan
  3. Melt butter and add wine to another pan
  4. Add remaining ingredients and then pour over shrimp
  5. Top with bay leaves
  6. Bake 10 minutes and then broil for 5 more minutes
  7. Enjoy with baguette or over noodles of your choice!
