INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. of our Jumbo 21/30 Peeled & Deveined Tail-On
  • Ciabatta Loaf, thinly sliced
  • 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups of olive oil
  • 3-4 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 sprig of oregano
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Salt, to taste

COOKING DIRECTIONS:

    1. Place olive oil in a deep baking dish
    2. Add herbs and garlic, bake at 350ºF until garlic is soft
    3. Remove when done and cover bottom of pan with cooked oil mixture
    4. Add cajun seasoning to shrimp, sear in pan until pink
    5. Remove shrimp; add cherry tomatoes, blister until soft
    6. Remove and set aside
    7. Spread oil on top of bread, add tomatoes, shrimp, & salt to taste
    8. Enjoy!
