INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs Extra Small 61/90 Count Peeled & Deveined Tail-Off Shrimp
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1 tablespoon of reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
- Place olive oil in a deep baking dish
- Add herbs and garlic, bake at 350ºF until garlic is soft
- Remove when done and cover bottom of pan with cooked oil mixture
- Add cajun seasoning to shrimp, sear in pan until pink
- Remove shrimp; add cherry tomatoes, blister until soft
- Remove and set aside
- Spread oil on top of bread, add tomatoes, shrimp, & salt to taste
- Enjoy!
