U/12 (Super Colossal) 12 and Under Count Per Pound Headless Shrimp Wild Caught USA Shrimp. Headless shrimp are just that; shrimp with heads removed by hand, at our facility. Headless shrimp are graded at our facility, and once approved by our quality control personnel, they are quick individually frozen and packaged with dry ice. These flavorful shrimp are naturally sourced from the warm waters of the Gulf and South Atlantic and processed right on the Back Bay in Biloxi, Mississippi. Orders received Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday before 12 noon CT, are shipped that afternoon UPS Next Day Air to arrive the next day. Since UPS takes responsibility for getting your shrimp to you overnight, we recommend low cost shipping protection insurance through Route just in case there is an issue.
